- Don't kill turtles for their shells.
- If you find plastic bags at the beach pick them up.
- Don't do experiments that hurt turtles.
- Don't put rubbish in the sea.
- Don't put oil in the sea.
- Don't pull out mangroves to make way for boats.
- Turtles drown in set nets, don't use them.
- Rescue stranded turtles.
- Plant new mangrove swamps.

Walk to school if you can because this will stop cars from putting gases in the air which causes climate change which will make the sea get warmer.
The sea creature's habitat over the years has been destroyed by man. This has been made obvious by the recent news of a Chinese Oil Tanker running a ground and becoming stuck on the Great Barrier Reef, which leaked oil threatening the Reef's ECO system.
Thanks for your comments Verity and Gemma. You are right Verity we all need to play our part. Yes Gemma, the leaking from oil rigs is a major concern.
